    1. Reach out to us! We’ll discuss the possibilities and answer any questions with no pressure to book.

    2. Decide on the ensemble(s) you want to book and what parts of your event you want us there for.

    3. We’ll all sign an agreement outlining the details for services.

    4. A 50% retainer is due with agreement signing and used to reserve musicians for your date.

    5. Now that we’re booked, we’ll keep communicating about specific song selections and timings.

  • A few things

    1. You can pick ANY songs you want for your ceremony and we will learn and perform them as part of our standard services.

    2. We’re the local, small-business, family-owned choice with pricing that beats multi-state wedding music corporations.

    3. We aren’t just excellent musicians - we’re also a team of excellent people. The vibes are always positive which is important when considering the atmosphere you want on your most important days.

  • Yep! We can provide sound equipment at an additional cost.

    However,

    1. Our sound carries really well! Most weddings don’t require our acoustic instruments to have any amplification at all.

    2. If you’re having a larger, outdoor wedding, you probably already have a vendor (DJ or venue) who is providing sound for the officiant. Have them easily loop us in!

  • Absolutely! Nearly all of our weddings are outdoors. To protect our instruments we’ll need you to provide full coverage from any sun or rain.

  • Nope! For your biggest moments (processionals, recessionals, first dances) we’ll play absolutely anything you can think of at no additional cost.

    For cocktail hours/receptions we’ll do the hard work of putting together a setlist based on your favorite music genres.
